We use locally grown (organic where possible) fruits from Herefordshire farms (with a few exceptions like organic ginger, turmeric and pineapple) and ferment them into a rich probiotic sparkling drink.
Our proprietary anaerobic multiple small batch process develops potent quantities of live probiotic cultures, polyphenols (antioxidants) , digestive enzymes, B & C vitamins and minerals.
